Q.How do I activate this SIM?
A.Your SIM Card will be activated on the destination arrival date you provide us. Activations occur between 9AM - 11AM London Time. When you arrive in Europe, simply insert the SIM into your handset and switch on roaming. Upon your handset picking up cellular reception, you will receive a welcoming activation message.
Q.Can the Europe Prepaid SIM be topped up/recharged?
A.Yes, we can top up this SIM. Top-ups ($40) will extend the validity of your SIM for another 30 days. With the same exact features and allowances. If you require a top up, please contact us before your SIM's expiry. Our team will then send you a payment request for the Top-up. Once payment is received, we will then credit your account for another 30 days of use.
Q.How do I check the balance of my usage?
A.To be able to check the usage balances remaining you will have to register an account with Three online. To register an account please click HERE. Once you have registered, you can check the balances remaining within your account.
Q.How do I make calls back home?
A.This SIM can only make calls to European and UK numbers. To make calls back home, we recommend using VoIP apps such as Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Chat, Wechat, Skype etc.
