In order to use the Europe & UK eSIM, you need to have an unlocked eSIM compatible device.  When you arrive in Europe or the UK, install the eSIM as per the installation instructions sent to your after your purchase. The eSIM will self activate once your phone receives cellular signal from the local network.

Once you have installed your eSIM, YOU MUST NOT UNINSTALL OR DELETE THE eSIM Profile. Doing so will erase the profile and the eSIM plan will be lost.

Your Europe & UK eSIM comes with a French mobile number. You will receive a message with your 9 digit mobile number when the eSIM is activated.

This eSIM cannot be recharged. We recommend purchasing multiple SIMs with staggered activation dates if additional data or coverage is required.

In Europe

To make calls or send texts in Europe and the UK: It is important to use the correct country specific dial out codes. Eg. To call a number in France, you need to dial +33 followed by the telephone number without the first digit. And in the UK you need to dial +44.

Note: If the incorrect dial out codes are used, you will receive a nil balance/top up message - This is because the network does not recognise the location of the number you're dialling. It does not mean that you've run out of credit.

Calls & SMS to Australia

We recommend using VoIP apps such as Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Chat, Wechat, Skype etc to make calls back to Australia with this eSIM.

Receiving calls & SMS from Australia

Your friends and family can call and text your assigne mobile number by dialling +33 followed by your number without the first digit. However we always recommend using VoIP apps such as Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Chat, Wechat, Skype etc where possible.

Domestic Deliveries
