You can purchase a Travel SIM or eSIM directly from our website. We have International SIMs which cover over 150 countries. So we definitely have the right SIM for your needs.
We have SIMs and eSIMs which cover a single country or multiple countries.
Orders received before 3PM AEST are processed same business day (Monday- Friday).
Physical SIM Cards:
We provide Free Delivery which takes 4-7 business days. And Express Post which takes 2 business days for delivery.
eSIMs:
eSIMs are digital SIMs delivered via email after you place your order.

Your phone must be unlocked in order to use other networks SIMs.
Travel SIM Card
Most current model 5G/4G phones should be compatible with our SIM cards. Some networks such those in North America will have more specific frequency bands. The product page of our website will ask you to check compatibility should the network be one where there are specific network compatibility requirements.
Travel eSIM
You can check if your phone is eSIM compatible in the following ways.
Check by dialing *#06#. Your device is eSIM compatible if it has a 32 digit EID number.
Or check via settings:
iPhones
- Go to Settings > Mobile.
- If "add eSIM" or "add mobile plan" is available, your iPhone supports eSIMs.
Samsung
- Go to Settings > Connections
- Tap SIM Card Manager.
- If "Add Mobile Plan" is available, your Samsung supports eSIMs.
Google Pixel
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet
- Tap eSIM Cards
- If Connect to a Mobile Network has the option to "Download a SIM instead?" , your device is supports eSIMs.
Most of our eSIMs and SIM cards are designed specifically for mobile phones. Many of these SIMs also support the hotspot feature, allowing you to easily share your connection with other devices.
Additionally, we offer a selection of data only SIMs that are compatible with Pocket Wi-Fi devices and tablets.
To ensure compatibility, each product page clearly states the device types your Travel SIM or eSIM can be used with.
Your SIM card will be set up for activation based on the activation date you choose during purchase. This date should match your arrival date according to your travel itinerary.
When you arrive, simply insert your SIM card and connect.
Your international SIM or eSIM should only be installed once you arrive at your destination. This is to prevent issues such as using the wrong SIM and inadvertently roaming in Australia.
Please follow the step by step eSIM installation instructions emailed to you along with your eSIM.
Once you install the eSIM, make sure the eSIM is enabled and turn off any other SIMs in your phone.
If you have arrived at your destination and installed your SIM and there's no data connection. Don't panic. 99% of the time it's phone settings related.
- Check that you have provided the correct activation date
- Check that flight mode is disabled
- Check that mobile data and roaming is enabled and set to your Travel SIM/eSIM
- Check that other SIMs/eSIMs are disabled
- Check that there is network reception.
If you have done the above and cannot connect. Please get in touch with us and we will help you check your phone's settings and troubleshoot the issue further.
The easiest way to monitor data usage is via your phone's network settings. There will be a data tracker which lets you know how much mobile/roaming data has been used since inserting/installing your SIM or eSIM.
Currently there is no top up feature. We recommend buying multiple SIMs and staggering use if more data is required.
You can also purchase additional eSIMs if you need more data.
Once you're finished using your SIM or eSIM. You can delete it from your phone if it's an eSIM or discard it if it's a physical SIM.
Once your SIM card or eSIM has reached expiry. It cannot be used again. Please purchase another SIM or eSIM for your future travels.
Many of our Travel SIM Cards and Travel eSIMs offer the convenience of local phone numbers with free calls and texts, making it easy to stay connected.
If you choose a data-only SIM, you can still enjoy hassle-free communication by using popular VoIP apps like Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, or Messenger to make calls and send messages directly over your data connection.
Some of our Travel SIMs and eSIMs include free calls and texts back to Australia. Depending on the SIM you choose, international calling/texting can also be a seperate add on feature.
If you opt for a data only SIM, we recommend using VoIP apps like Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, or Messenger to make calls and send messages back home using your data connection.
Yes your existing contacts stored in your phone will remain the same. Using a prepaid international SIM & eSIM won’t affect the information on your phone. You’ll still have access to your apps, messages, and everything else stored on your device.
