Can I use my SIM Card for calls or texts?
Some of our SIM cards are assgined local mobile numbers are have call and texts capability. Some are data only. Please check the product specifics. For data only SIMs, we recommend using VoIP apps such as Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Line, Messenger etc to make calls and send texts using data.
When does my Travel SIM card plan start?
Your international SIM's validity period will begin from when you first activate or install the SIM card and it picks up cellular signal. Please read your SIM's user guide as it will detail how your SIM can be activated.
