Q.How do I activate this SIM?
A.When you arrive in Europe, simply insert the SIM into your handset and switch on roaming. Upon your handset picking up cellular reception, you will receive a welcoming activation message.
Q.Can the Europe Prepaid SIM be topped up/recharged?
A.Unfortunately not. Topping up this SIM requires you to use a UK credit/debit card on Three's website. For extended travels, we suggest purchasing multiple SIMs and stagger the activations to cover the entire duration of your trip.
Q.How do I check the balance of my usage?
A.To be able to check the usage balances remaining you will have to register an account with Three online. To register an account please click HERE. Once you have registered, you can check the balances remaining within your account.
Q.How do I make calls back home?
A.This SIM is data only. To make calls back home, we recommend using VoIP apps such as Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Chat, Wechat, Skype etc.
